- Creation of interactive reports in Oracle BI reporting system (construction of analyzes and information panels); - Design and development of models for self-extraction of data by software managers product development (implemented in Oracle BI); - Providing data and analytical notes on ad-hoc requests from top management and product development managers; - Tracking and ensuring the timeliness and completeness of data in the analytical system Oracle BI reporting; - Close interaction with specialists of the technical department (Billing service developers, DBA) to build the necessary aggregated data in the online data warehouse (ODS), allowing to speed up and simplify the creation of new reports; - Maintaining the SVM project (segmentation of the entire client base - generating monthly reports, analysis of the flow of subscribers between segments, providing data for micro-campaigns, visualization of reports in Oracle BI reporting system); - Participation in projects to maintain an active base and prevent customer churn (profile analysis subscribers, creating reports and providing samples, conducting pre/post analyses); - Training and consulting on the use of Oracle BI Answers for business users
